Warren, MI City College to Construct Auto Center

September 12, 2010 – Macomb Community College in Warren, Michigan has been bestowed with a $1.4 million grant from the National Science Foundation to create a Center for Advanced Automotive Technology. It can be assumed that some construction will be required for the establishment of a devoted facility, which is welcome news to Warren general contractors and Detroit general contractors.

If the initial two year trial program has successes, then the National Science Foundation has pledged an additional $1.5 million.
